Lagrange Reset
For engineers in the agentic-fatigue era

Work with AI
by knowing when to stop.

Lagrange Reset is a 10-second end-of-day reset. In two taps it shows how the way you worked with AI affected your energy — so you build sustainable habits and don't burn out.

Coming to iOS · On-device · No account, nothing leaves your phone.

Agentic fatigue is real

Running many AI agents all day doesn't just shift the work — it shifts effort from doing to monitoring. The result has a name now: brain fry.

88%of heavy AI users report increased burnout
72%report less cognitive effort — and more fatigue — across AI-assisted work
10sa day is all Lagrange Reset asks to help you notice it

How it works

One calm ritual at the end of the workday. Two taps, then you're done.

1 · Close out

Two taps

How did you work with AI today — led, collaborated, or leaned? And how drained are you — good, ok, or fried?

2 · See your lever

The pattern

A 7-day strip and one quiet line surface the link: your most-fried days are your heaviest-lean days. That's the lever back to control.

3 · Make sense of it

Your week, your AI

Every seventh day, copy a clean digest into your own reasoning model and decide one thing to change. The app hands you off to your AI — with structure.

See it

Two taps to close out. A calm stop, or one small recovery. A weekly read that learns your pattern.

Why "Lagrange Reset"

A Lagrange point is the one place between two vast forces — the Sun and the Earth, the work and you — where the pulls cancel out and a small thing can simply hold its position. It isn't stillness you arrive at once: drift off, and you're gone in weeks. The James Webb telescope holds its station at one by firing its thrusters a little, on a steady rhythm, forever — and from that held calm, it sees further than anything before it.

That's the reset. Ten seconds at the end of the day — the small, repeated correction that keeps you on station, so you can think forward while the ground moves. Not a cure for burnout. A way to hold your place in the pull of the agentic era.

“Suprun” descends from the Greek sōphrōn — soundness of mind. The name on the door already meant this.

A boundary tool, not an engagement trap

Lagrange Reset's whole job is to help you stop — and to make you more autonomous, not more dependent on an app. No account. No backend. No data collected. Everything stays on your phone. It won't claim to cure burnout; it gives you a daily switch-off and the awareness to change what only you can.
